📍 🇫🇷 Is Bordeaux a croissant?

“Seen from the bridge, Bordeaux is a mere croissant…”, wrote French historian Jules Michelet during a tour of France in September 1835 CE.

Perhaps buildings now cover the angle in the distance, but we didn’t see the delicious form of the croissant ourselves…
